S~R Launch New Coaching Service - Mar 2007
We are delighted to announce that we are launching a new service to help clients take a quantum leap in their Learning and Development on diversity. S~R Coaching brings together a core group of very experienced S~R coaches who will be working with clients to deepen learning for individuals and teams.
We are finding that coaching in the context of managing diversity and change is a powerful way to ensure that the effort you put into strategic activities is reflected in learning at a personal or group level. Coaching can work independently or can support - and make the most of - other Learning and Development activities.
